The Yahchouch Villa, spanning across an area of 380 square meters and encompassing a basement and a ground floor, underwent a multi-phased development program. This endeavor was initiated by procuring the requisite permits, succeeded by the execution of excavation works, concrete works, and the erection of gravity walls, in addition to the cladding of the walls with stone. The subsequent phases included masonry works and the first phase of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installations. Currently, the project remains in progress.
