Hotel, Jdeideh

The Via Verde hotel, a 3-star hotel situated in Jdeide Beirut, underwent a comprehensive rehabilitation process that comprised two distinct phases - outdoor and indoor. The outdoor phase of the rehabilitation works involved concrete repair, painting, and waterproofing activities. The indoor phase, on the other hand, included various technical activities such as demolition, masonry, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works, plastering, tiling, painting, false ceiling installation, as well as wooden works.
