The Barn Gemayze, a restaurant in Beirut, was severely damaged by the August 4 Beirut Blast. The rehabilitation process involved a series of technical activities, including demolition of damaged structures, masonry work to rebuild and strengthen the damaged areas, plastering and painting to restore the interior and exterior walls, and tiling to replace any damaged or missing flooring. Additionally, new steel and aluminum works were installed to reinforce the building's structural integrity and provide a sleek and modern appearance. The rehabilitation process also included the installation of new wood flooring to enhance the restaurant's aesthetic appeal. Given the urgent need to reopen the restaurant, the execution of the project was critical, and the rehabilitation team worked quickly and efficiently to complete the necessary repairs in a timely manner. The rehabilitation process aimed to restore the restaurant to its former glory while ensuring its structural safety and functionality.
