The Padre Pio church is situated in Bekaata Achkout and was built by Father Boulos Fahed in close proximity to his residence. The construction of the church involved several technical activities, including excavation works, concrete works, plastering, stone cladding, installation of a steel attic, as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works.
It is worth noting that the iconography painted on the ceiling above the altar was created through the meticulous process of manual painting by a skilled Roman artist. The said artist had undertaken the journey to Lebanon with the specific purpose of executing this unique and complex artwork.
