Deek Mehdi apartment, a 160 square meter duplex apartment, underwent a comprehensive rehabilitation process that involved a range of technical activities. The project included masonry work to repair and add new partitions to the building, as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works to improve the apartment's utilities and energy efficiency. The rehabilitation process also involved plastering and painting the interior and exterior walls to restore their aesthetic appearance. Additionally, new tiling was installed to enhance the durability and functionality of the flooring. The project also entailed the installation of false ceilings to enhance the aesthetic appearance of the space and to conceal any unsightly ductwork or wiring. Finally, wooden and aluminum works were executed to replace any damaged or outdated features and to provide a sleek and modern touch to the apartment's overall design. The rehabilitation process aimed to improve the functionality and comfort of the space while also enhancing its aesthetic appeal.
