Project

Store, Gemmayzeh

Maison Tarazi, an Antique store located in Gemmayze, sustained damage as a result of the August 4th explosion. The rehabilitation process involved several technical activities, including plastering and painting to restore the aesthetic appearance of the interior and exterior walls. In addition, aluminum works were executed to replace any damaged or broken components and restore the building's overall structural integrity. Furthermore, the rehabilitation process involved mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works to ensure that the building's utilities and systems were functioning correctly. The rehabilitation team worked diligently to complete the necessary repairs and restoration to the highest standards of safety and quality. The rehabilitation process aimed to restore the building to its pre-blast condition while ensuring that it was structurally sound and functional.
