Kfour garage is a 240 square meter facility designed for the storage and maintenance of collection cars. The rehabilitation process aimed to enhance the garage's aesthetic appeal and ensure a safe and durable flooring solution. The first step involved scrubbing the existing floor to remove any dirt, grime, or debris and prepare it for further rehabilitation work. The next step involved performing screed works to provide a smooth and level surface for the epoxy application. Epoxy works were then executed to provide a durable and resistant flooring solution. The red color used for painting the garage was chosen based on the owner's preference for the Corvette engine color. The color choice was significant to the owner, who is a fan of the Corvette brand. Lastly, painting works were executed to enhance the garage's aesthetic appeal and provide a uniform appearance.
