The renovation project of Kfour apartment, a contemporary 180 square meters dwelling featuring 60 square meters terraces, involved multifaceted tasks, including but not restricted to waterproofing activities using Polyurethane (PU) techniques, the dismantlement of the extant partitions, replacement of all the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, application of paint, tiling, installation of a false ceiling, and the installation of novel windows and doors.
