Project

Apartment, Badaro

The Badaro apartment is a generously sized living space, covering approximately 180 square meters, situated in a building that has been standing for over 60 years. In order to restore the apartment to its former glory, a comprehensive rehabilitation process was undertaken, which involved a wide range of technical activities.

The rehabilitation works included a variety of tasks, such as masonry to repair and reinforce any damaged walls, mechanical and electrical works to ensure the proper functioning of essential utilities, plumbing works to repair any leaks or issues in the plumbing system, plastering to provide a smooth and even surface, painting to add a fresh coat of color to the walls, tiling to cover the floors and walls in stylish and durable tiles, false ceiling installation to provide an attractive and modern ceiling design, as well as wooden and aluminum works to add a touch of elegance and sophistication to the overall appearance of the apartment.

Overall, the rehabilitation of the Badaro apartment was a complex and multifaceted process, requiring a skilled team of professionals with expertise in various technical fields. The result of these efforts is a beautifully restored living space that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, providing a comfortable and welcoming home for its inhabitants.
