The Waterfront apartment, covering an area of 180 square meters, underwent an extensive renovation process that encompassed several technical areas. The works involved demolition, to create space for new components. Masonry works were performed to construct walls or other structural elements. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works, involving the installation or repair of systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, and water supply and drainage, were also carried out. Plastering, painting, and tiling works were executed to improve the visual appearance and finish of the surfaces. False ceiling installation was also part of the works. The installation of HVAC systems, which involves heating, ventilation, was done to ensure a comfortable indoor environment. Wooden and aluminum works, such as doors, windows, or partitions, were also performed to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the space. Overall, the scope of works aimed to provide a modern, efficient, and comfortable living space.
